Cornell Park

In 2020, Trout Unlimited and the Beaverhead Watershed Committee approached BTC to be the recipient of a land donation, as our organization acts as a land trust. BTC agreed so that the land could stay public use, and we received it in Winter of 2021.

BTC will be transferring ownership of Cornell Park to Montana Fish Wildlife & Parks in Summer of 2021. FWP will take over and integrate it into the state fishing access network and will do stream bank restoration work, as well as improve the boat ramp and day-use infrastructures.
