On Saturday, January 10th BTC volunteers teamed up with employees of the Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest to put on a family event for National Winter Trails Day. The event, held at Elkhorn Hot Springs, had several activities to learn about winter ecology, snow science, and winter recreation safety.
