Pigtail Trail Extension Updates

The Pigtail Trail Extension construction is going great. Here are a few photos to show the progress. Big thanks to Parke Scott for all of his work in laying the trail surface!

Owens Ditch Bridge Workday

On March 7th we hosted a workday to help build the new Owens Ditch Bridge with over 15 volunteers responding to the call. This bridge was one of the major hurdles in completing the Pigtail Trail Extension from the YMCA to Jefferson St. Work that remains for the extension includes finishing the grade up to the bridge on each side, as well as laying the gravel for the trail itself to the existing path.
